Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within Saudi Arabia only.

The standard shipping fee is SAR 15 per order.

Free shipping is available on orders of SAR 320 or more.

Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, additional delivery charges may apply.
